Big Fan Racing Club Of America ("BFR," "we," "us") will never sell or give away your personal information to any third-party company. This policy explains what we collect from members and visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

BFR will never sell, rent, trade, or give away any member's personal information to any third-party company, for marketing or for any other purpose. Your information is used only to run the club and serve its members.
The only limited exceptions are:
- Service providers. Trusted vendors that help us operate the club, such as website hosting, email delivery, or payment processing. They may use your information only to perform services for us, under obligations to keep it confidential, and never for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements. If we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of our members or the public.
- Advertising and analytics. Website visit information collected by advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, as explained in the Advertising and Analytics section below. This never includes your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or payment details.
Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, membership details, and any information you provide when you register, join, contact us, or sign up for an event.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location based on IP address.
- Event materials: photographs, video, audio, and interviews captured at BFR events, covered in the next section.

Photos, Video, and Interviews at BFR Events
When you attend a BFR event, BFR may photograph, record, or interview you. By attending, you agree that BFR may use these images, videos, and recordings for its own resources, such as on-site material, our website, and club publications, newsletters, and social media pages.
Advertising requires your signed written consent. BFR will never use your image, video, or voice in advertising without your signed written consent. If you do not sign, we will not use your image, video, or voice in advertising. You may withdraw your consent for future advertising uses by contacting us at any time.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded at an event, tell a BFR staff member or volunteer, and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your wishes.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information only as long as needed to run your membership and meet legal obligations.
