Membership Terms

These terms explain how membership in Big Fan Racing Club Of America ("BFR," "we," "us") works: one simple membership level, billed quarterly or yearly, that you can cancel at any time. By joining BFR, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Membership and Pricing
BFR offers one membership level with full member benefits. You can pay quarterly or yearly. A quarterly membership covers 90 days from the day you join and renews every 90 days.

Introductory prices are available for a limited time, through January 31, 2027. Members who join at an introductory price keep that price for as long as their membership stays active, unless or until they cancel, even if our regular prices change later. If you cancel and later return, the price in effect at that time applies.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
Add a Friend (Introductory Period Only)
During the introductory period, through January 31, 2027, you can add one friend or family member to your membership:

- Each person gets their own membership, member number, title, and dashboard. Your friend needs their own email address to log in.
- The person who pays manages the membership. Only they can cancel or update the payment method.
- If the person who pays cancels, both memberships end at the end of the paid term, and we will email both people.
- Add a Friend memberships keep their price for as long as the membership stays active. After January 31, 2027, Add a Friend is no longer offered to new members.
- By adding a friend, you confirm that you have their permission to share their name, email address, and state with us.
Billing and Renewal
Quarterly memberships renew automatically every 90 days, and yearly memberships renew automatically each year, until you cancel. You authorize BFR, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. We will email you a receipt each time you are charged. For yearly memberships, we will also email you a reminder at least 30 days before your renewal date, showing the renewal price and how to cancel. For quarterly memberships, we will email you a reminder about 7 days before each renewal. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and BFR does not store your full card number.
Before you pay, you will be asked to check a box to agree to these Membership Terms, including automatic renewal, and to our Privacy Policy. If the laws where you live give you more rights about automatic renewal, renewal reminders, or cancelling, we will follow those laws.
Cancel Anytime, Return Anytime
You may cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee. You will not be charged again after you cancel. Quarterly members are locked into their current quarter, and yearly members are locked into their current year. Your membership ends at the end of that term and will not renew after that.
You may return at any time by renewing your membership at the then-current price.
To cancel, tap Cancel Membership on your member dashboard at any time. You can also contact us using the details at the end of these terms. We will email you to confirm your cancellation.
Member Conduct
BFR is a community of racing fans. We expect members to treat each other, our staff, and our volunteers with respect, both online and at events. We may suspend or end a membership for harassment, threats, cheating, misuse of the club, or conduct that endangers others.
Events
Attending BFR events is voluntary and at your own risk. Racing and related events involve inherent hazards, so please follow posted rules and staff instructions. Event details, availability, and any event-specific fees or waivers are announced separately.
Privacy, Photos, and Video
We never sell or give away your personal information to any third-party company. Photos, video, and interviews captured at BFR events may be used for our own resources, such as on-site material. We will use your image, video, or voice in advertising only with your signed written consent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details private. Memberships are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
BFR is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the club and website running smoothly but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BFR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your membership, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Pricing and terms are subject to change with 30 days' notice, except that members who joined at an introductory price keep that price for as long as their membership stays active, and no price-change notice applies to them. We will post the new version on our website with a new effective date and notify members by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continuing your membership after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree, you may cancel under the terms above.
Governing Law
These terms, and any legal dispute arising from your membership or from BFR, are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
Founding Members
The first 100 members from each of the 50 United States will receive the title of Founding Member.
Fans from Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, and other countries are welcome to join as members. Because the Founding Member title is tied to the 50 states, it is not available to members outside the 50 states.
